Mushroom Collection Workshops for Bhutanese Farmers, August 2019
Farmers from the Tang Farmers group in Bumthang, and the Khengrig Namsum Cooperative (KNC) in Zhemgang, have approached us with the request to help organize a mushroom workshop in Bhutan with mycologist Daniel Winkler. Some farmers met Daniel during his mushroom tour 2018 in Bhutan and were impressed with his vast knowledge and practical approach.
